Strategic Planning
with Krista Muddle
NPS-Intermountain Region Partnerships Office
The Friends of MAPR-LA are excited to introduce Krista Muddle of the National Park System - Intermountain Region Partnerships. Ms. Muddle will provide insights and guide our discussion regarding our strategic, multi-year Work Plan with the NPS, fund-raising efforts, and membership benefits. One topic of discussion will be our role in helping create NPS Friends organizations at the Hanford and Oak Ridge sites and our mutual interests and planning coordination.
As the only Friends group of the Manhattan Project NHP with a Philanthropic Partnership Agreement (PPA), The Los Alamos group is leading the way in supporting the Park and the only group currently able to accept donations on behalf of the NPS. This planning meeting will help us "partner" with the Park, meet the requirements of a successful PPA, and enhance our success in supporting the Los Alamos unit of the Manhattan Project NHP (MAPR-LA).
Your participation is needed and much appreciated. Your ideas and questions will make this event successful.
Please register for this free event. Registration will help use plan for beverages, snacks, and a pizza lunch provided to attendees.
